Sri Aurobindo’s poem ‘Bride of the Fire” is very much Vedic in essence as well as in its occult and spiritual significance. The used images belong to the Vedic imagery, and the power of Fire (referred to here as the bride of Fire) is being invoked by the Seer-poet to uplift the entire being in its ascension towards the Divine Purity and Truth-Light and Delight.
