Integral Yoga is a many-sided evolutionary journey towards the Divine. It is not just about liberation of the soul to a higher Divine status but most importantly a liberation and transformation of the field of Nature through which the soul moves and experiences so as to eventually embody a higher Supernature. It is impossible to describe this wide movement of yoga and hence only a few fundamental aspects are being presented here in this talk.
